Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Booking details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, timezone, and any answers to intake questions for the appointment you book.
• Appointment records: the service booked, date/time, assigned staff member, location, and booking history.
• Payment status: when a service requires payment, we record whether it was paid and the amount. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) and are never stored by us.
• Technical data: a session cookie for staff/administrator logins, and basic request information used for security and rate limiting.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel your appointments.
• To send booking confirmations, reminders, and change notifications by email or SMS.
• To process payments and issue or redeem coupons and gift certificates, where applicable.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

If a staff member connects their Google Calendar, we request permission to view their calendar's free/busy times and to create, update, and delete calendar events for appointments booked through the Service. We use this access solely to keep availability accurate and to place booked appointments on the connected calendar.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer or sell Google user data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the scheduling features described here. A staff member can disconnect their Google account at any time, which revokes our access.

Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run the Service:

• Google — calendar synchronization and (optionally) staff sign-in.
• Stripe — payment processing (when a service is paid).
• Email and SMS providers — to deliver confirmations and reminders.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

Data retention

We keep appointment and client records for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, and record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your information (see below), subject to any records we are required to retain.

Your choices and rights

• You can reschedule or cancel an appointment using the manage link in your confirmation email.
• You can opt out of SMS reminders by not consenting to them at booking.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us using the details below.
