These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Anthony Santen Scheduler, the online booking service at calendar.anthonysanten.com (the "Service") provided by Intentional Relationship("we", "us"). By booking an appointment or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Using the Service
- You must provide accurate booking information (name, contact details, and any required answers).
- You are responsible for the appointments you book, reschedule, or cancel.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, submit fraudulent bookings, or access it in an unauthorized way.
Bookings, cancellations, and changes
Appointment availability, notice periods, and cancellation/reschedule windows are set by us and shown at the time of booking. Where a cutoff has passed, changes can no longer be made online and you should contact us directly. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment when necessary and will notify you if we do.
Payments, deposits, and refunds
Where a service requires payment or a deposit, it is collected at the time of booking through our payment processor. Any refund policy applicable to a paid service is shown at booking; refunds, where offered, are processed manually by us. Gift certificates and coupons are subject to the terms and restrictions shown when they are issued.
Communications
By booking, you consent to receive transactional messages about your appointment (confirmations, reminders, and changes) by email, and by SMS where you have provided a phone number and consented. These are not marketing messages.
No professional advice or guarantees
The Service is a scheduling tool. It is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version; continued use of the Service means you accept the current Terms.
